SureTra Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SureTra (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non‑commercial travel planning. You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or reverse‑engineer the Service;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users;
• post illegal, defamatory, or infringing content, or content that violates another person’s privacy.

4. User‑Generated Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, comments, or other material you submit (“Content”), but you grant SureTra a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute that Content in connection with the Service. We may remove or moderate Content at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain features (e.g. SureTra Pro) require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Third‑Party Services

The Service may contain links to third‑party websites or tools. SureTra is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by SureTra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not grant you any IP rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SureTra does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureTra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureTra and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Western Australia.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in‑app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
